Advanced Project Solutions, Inc. (APS) was established by a small, experienced team of highly respected industry professionals who have served in the most senior positions in prominent technology corporations. These are professionals who have significant down-in-the-trenches experience leading teams of engineers in software and hardware development of complex projects. They have successfully delivered large projects world-wide in the US, China, India, Israel, Hungary, and other countries.

The APS professional team also has extensive expertise in planning and organizing engineering divisions, preparing strategic plans, and establishing modern development processes. They also have significant experience in developing successful relationships with global customers, subcontractors, and development partners, having managed teams in Bangalore India, Cork Ireland, Tel Aviv Israel, and throughout the United States. This involved the organization of Distributed (or Global) Development Teams (DSD) and management of global projects.

The APS Mission Statement

"To exceed the value that our clients expect from our assistance in resolving their technology development problems, so that they will engage us again."

The APS Philosophy

From an engineering perspective, the APS philosophy is based upon four concepts:

Team motivation is more important than team size.
A well organized project does not mean a heavily process-burdened project.

Prefer agile and lean methods whenever possible (though admittedly, for mission critical systems this is not always possible).

A good plan is today's plan (not yesterday's plan).

From our client's perspective, the APS philosophy has three goals:

Time to market is one of the most critical elements of technology development.

If we don't meet customer needs then someone else will.

Meet or exceed product quality goals or the customer will not return.

Overall, the APS philosophy is:

To exceed our commitment to deliver.
